The friendly staff, some recognising us from previous stays, excellent breakfast service and food. I was not happy with the breakfast service when I last stayed in November but it has transformed, a real turnaround. The location is good for the airport and great for local jeepnies etc and the malls. I complained about a squeaking bed (we just got married 😄) and they replaced it so quickly.

The location, room, breakfast, and amenities are all excellent. the ambiance is very bright and lively which is also super nice. the variety of foods in breakfast is also commendable..

Breakfast Buffet and Dinner was really good. They have Clean and organized dining area. Staff were so courteous and friendly! Local beef area grass fed or organic. Deserts are just delicious and sumptuous! next to Mall and Market makes it super convenient

I like the customer service, the space in the room and the location which is just beside the mall. They allowed us to extend check out up to 1:30pm.

The hotel is located beside a mall so that makes its location very convenient. The room size is average in size with all the amenities that is expected from a Seda hotel brand. Breakfast is good with enough choices. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay there.

Breakfast is Filipino style. Not a lot of variety but good enough to fill your stomach if your a heavy breakfast person. Breakfast area is not very big but it does cater the needs. You might need to wait for your turn as it gets pack. It's like a business hotel close to the city. It serves the purpose while I was there.

site location is very good, it's beside centrio mall and other malls. the room has one of the coldest acu, and the bed is very comfortable the gym facility is very adequate. breakfast food is very good, value for money. the staff are very friendly and accomodating you can't go wrong with choosing this hotel

We got there just before noon. They offered us an early check in which was nice. The room was super, except that there was water on the floor near the window when we woke up the next morning. The hotel is excused, because there was an extreme amount of rain during the night, but it is smart to not put your luggage or anything else near the window unless it can tolerate water. The breakfast buffet was awesome, as usual. Seda is our favorite hotel in CDO, especially when there is a heavy rainfall. The service was very good.
